Oxwich Bay Wedding Videography - Nia & Jon
You know those weddings where there's a sense of magic in the air? Where everyone comes together for the bride and groom in a way that elevates the day to stratospheric new heights?
Well that's the sort of dreamy wedding day that Nia and Jon had at the beautifully beachy Oxwich Bay Hotel on the Gower peninsula in Swansea, south Wales, and I was so proud to be there as their wedding videographer. We even managed a quick couple’s shoot at Three Cliffs Bay, my favourite beach on Gower.
Everything from the morning preparations to the vows and speeches was so filled with love and genuine joy. It was clear, even to me who had only just met them, that Nia and Jon are truly perfect for each other. And I wish them all the happiness for the future.
It really was a privilege to be part of this special day and I pushed myself to squeeze all of the best bits from the day into this action-packed cinematic wedding feature film.
As always, my aim was to tell the story of the day and to capture the energy, to reflect this in the soundtrack and pacing. I also try to let the vows and speeches guide me. I hope this film does justice to this adventurous, caring and fun-loving couple.
